Lungile started a company called Initium Venture Solutions with the aim to upskill unemployed youth and eradicate unemployment. She offers different programs and trains up-and-coming entrepreneurs with practical skills for business including finance,regulatory requirements, going to market, and helping them with company registrations and business plans.
Empowering youth with disabilities
In a country marred by youth unemployment which hovers at about 63%, Lungile Jafri, who is passionate about empowering the Youth, in May 2019 founded the Kempton Park-based Initium Venture Solutions (IVS), an organization that provides training to upskill unemployed youth and eradicate unemployment.
